Motorized Actuated Automated Ball Valves

To operate a Ball Valve remotely through a controller or to undertake automation, the Ball Valves need to be motorized. With the help of solenoid directional control valve and Limit switch box this enables remote operation & monitoring of Ball Valves.

Pneumatic actuated ball valves come with a plug and play solution for the end customers, with prefitted actuator with help of adapter and mounting bracket.

• Actuation Pressure: min. 5 to 6 bar
• Type: Single acting, double acting.
• Medium: Air
• Operation: Ideally, with a 3/2 or 5/2 Way Solenoid directional control valve
• Position indicator: Optical included, limit switch or proximity switch on request.
• End Connection: BSP (1/4 or 1/2 as per size of actuator)
• Mounting connection: NAMUR 

Electric Actuation

• Electric input: 24V to 48VDC or 230 VAC to 400 VAC 
• Type: Switching 0-90°, Option with emergency spring return function.
• Options: Proximity switch for feedback signal, MODBUS, etc. 

Hydraulic Actuation

• Actuation pressure: min. 100 to max. 210 bar
• Type: Switching 0-90°, Option with emergency spring return function.
• Options: Proximity switch for feedback signal
