Motorized Actuated Automated Ball Valves

Ball Valves can either be manual operated with a handle or can be automated using an actuator. Due to recent Automation, majority of customers prefer Automated Ball valves, with Solenoid directional control valve and Limit switch box. This enables remote operation and monitoring of ball valves.

Flutec provides pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuator, see below section for more details.

Pneumatic actuated ball valves come with a plug and play solution for the end customers, with prefitted actuator with help of adapter and mounting bracket.

• Actuation Pressure: min. 6 bar
• Type: Single acting, double acting.
• Medium: Air
• Operation: Ideally, with a 3/2 or 5/2 Way Solenoid directional control valve
• Position indicator: Optical included, limit switch or proximity switch on request.
• End Connection: BSP (1/4 or 1/2 as per size of actuator)
• Mounting connection: NAMUR 

Electric Actuation

• Electric input: 24V to 48VDC or 230to 400 VAC 
• Type: Switching 0-90°, Option with emergency spring return function.
• Options: Proximity switch for feedback signal, MODBUS, etc. 

Hydraulic Actuation

• Actuation pressure: min. 100 to max. 210 bar
• Type: Switching 0-90°, Option with emergency spring return function.
• Options: Proximity switch for feedback signal
