Delivery & Shipping Policy – FLUTEC Valve Store

1. Shipping Partners:
We partner with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, UPS, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC for prompt and reliable delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines:

• India: Dispatched within 7-10 business days + Delivery
• Worldwide: Dispatched wihtin 10-12 business days + Air Freight 
• Estimated delivery: Approx. 15 days from the time of order. It can be sooner for standard products.
   

3. Shipping Charges:

• India: 5% of the order value.
• Worldwide: 75$ + 20$/kg, exact details can be viewed later.
   

4. Order Tracking:

• A tracking ID will be shared via email, once your order is dispatched.
   

5. Delivery Issues:

• For delayed or undelivered shipments, please contact our support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not already processed or dispatched.
• To cancel an order, please email sales@flutecvalves.com or call our customer support.
• Custom or made-to-order valves are non-cancellable once production begins.
   

2. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
• A refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
   

3. Return Guidelines:

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. 
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error is from our end.
