Motorized Electric Gate Valves

To operate a Gate Valve precisely, for minute flow regulations we need to undertake automation. The Gate Valves need to be motorized, with the help of multiturn Electric Actuator, this intelligent actuator enables remote operation & monitoring of Gate Valves. 

For pressures upto 6000 psi / 420 bar

Modulating Electric actuator is mounted on top of Gate Valve to provide precise flow refulation, with higher durability and performance.

• Electric actuator input: 415 VAC or 24 VDC 
• The electric actuator receives a control signal (typically 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, or digital protocols like Modbus or Profibus).
• This signal corresponds to the desired valve position (modulation between 0% and 100% open).
• The actuator converts the electrical signal into rotary or linear motion, moving the valve stem/Wedge and plug within the Gate valve body.
