Motorized Actuator Control Ball/Globe Valves

 Pneumatic V Notch Control Ball Valve is a type of valve that allows precise control of flow rate and speed in the system. The pneumatic actuators/positioners on these valves use feedback and control signals to precisely open and close the valve. 

• The Control Ball Valve consists of 3 main aspects, Ball valve, Rotary Actuator and Electro Pneumatic Positioner with its accesories
• The electro pneumatic positioner decides the pilot pressure to be give to pneumatic actuator through a 4 to 20mA electric input signal.
• Electro Pneumatic Positioner is attached to the actuator shaft to monitor valve position.
• Air filter regulator maintains the required pressure and filters the input aircmoing from the compressor.

Modulating Electric actuator is mounted on top of Ball Valve to provide precise flow refulation, with higher durability and performance.

• Electric actuator input: 24V to 48VDC or 230 VAC to 415 VAC  
• The electric actuator receives a control signal (typically 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, or digital protocols like Modbus or Profibus).
• This signal corresponds to the desired valve position (modulation between 0% and 100% open).
• The actuator converts the electrical signal into rotary  motion, moving the valve spindle within the valve body.
• This is simpler setup as compared to pneumatic but costlier, No air pressure line needed, No Air filter regulator, no piping.
