Motorized Actuated Automated Control Globe Valves

To operate a Globe Valve precisely, for minute flow regulations we need to undertake automation. The Globe Valves need to be motorized, with the help of Electric/Pneumatic Actuator, Positioner, Air filter regulator and Limit switch box this enables remote operation & monitoring of Globe Valves.

 Pneumatic Globe Control Valve is a type of valve that allows precise control of flow rate and speed in the system. The pneumatic actuators on these valves use feedback and control signals to precisely open and close the valve. 

• The Control Globe Valve consists of two main aspects, Globe valve and Actuator with its accesories
• A diaphragm linear pneumatic actuator is used with electro pneumatic positioner which decides the pilot pressure to actuator through a 4 to 20mA electric input signal.
• Limit switch box is attached to the actuator shaft to monitor valve position 
• Air filter regulator maintains the required pressure and filters the input aircmoing from the compressor.

Modulating Electric actuator is mounted on top of Globe Valve to provide precise flow refulation, with higher durability and performance.

• Electric actuator input: 24V to 48VDC or 230 VAC to 400 VAC  
• The electric actuator receives a control signal (typically 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, or digital protocols like Modbus or Profibus).
• This signal corresponds to the desired valve position (modulation between 0% and 100% open).
• The actuator converts the electrical signal into rotary or linear motion, moving the valve stem and plug within the globe valve body.
